Production: Poster Making!

This week, we shifted gears from filming to something equally exciting: creating the poster for our short film. It’s amazing how much a single image can capture the essence of a project, and I wanted ours to be perfect.  

I started by brainstorming ideas with my team. We talked about the tone of the film, the key themes, and the visuals that would grab people’s attention. After a lot of back-and-forth, we settled on a concept that felt just right.  

Then came the fun part
bringing the idea to life. I spent hours playing around with colors, fonts, and layouts. It’s surprising how much detail goes into something that seems so simple. Every element had to feel intentional, from the placement of the title to the shadows in the background.  

There were moments of frustration, of course. Sometimes the colors didn’t work, or the text felt off, but that’s all part of the creative process. After a few rounds of tweaks, we finally landed on a design that we’re all proud of.  

Seeing the poster finished was such a rewarding feeling. It’s like a sneak peek of what’s to come, and it makes the film feel even more real. I can’t wait to share it with everyone soon.
